Here’s your chance to re-ignite that primal instinct through our WILDCRAFT workshop, and experience the art of buschraft & urban survival (prepping) with your friends and family.

The workshop will be held on 24 June 2017, from 1pm to 5pm at Pulau Ubin.

Join us to immerse in yourself in WILDCRAFT. You will foster a sense of self-reliance for survival situations, and treat the wild like your own backyard. Opportunities are abound to spark the creative fire in you to come up with innovative solutions to thrive in tough terrains.

Meet our WILDCRAFT instructors: Ashton & Glen

Ashton Law

Although well-known for being the founding father of the Parkour Singapore community and founder of Ashton Movements Agency, the first and leading Free-Running agency in Singapore, Ashton has also organised several humanitarian trips across South-East Asia. He is also the first representative of The Venus Project in South-East Asia.

He has also worked as a private security contractor and tactical instructor, which he acquired a high level of tactical skills from years of operating in hostile environment and high-risk countries.


Glen Poh

Professional work experience in coaching wilderness skills and bushcraft to young teens and adults since the start of 2015. Training experience in bushcraft, solo backpacking, and solo survival skills since 2008 Inspired by an adventurous heart, and primarily involved in outdoor self sufficient skills with basic gears.

Glen is self taught and have gone through several studies on various types of wilderness related skills, and have put himself through many practical lessons and learnt not just through theory, but through lots of trial-and-error and frustrations through practice. After gone through numerous overnight trips in various locations around the world, he have learnt what works and what does not.

He wants to share his knowledge and experience to beginners who wish to better equip themselves with proper knowledge and skills to take care of themselves outdoors in the wilderness. He is most knowledgeable and skilled in tropical / jungle wilderness skills.


To Bring List

Due to the nature of the activity, we highly recommend you to bring the following:

Water to hydrate yourself.

A small pocket knife or multi-purpose tool.

Matchbox and lighters.

Sunblock and/or mosquito repellent. (optional)

However, due to security checks at the jetty, we wouldn't recommend you to bring any blade that is longer than 4 inches (machetes, hatchets etc).

Safety and Security

Our first aider will be on-site, and your belongings can be kept at our holding area.


Getting There

You would need to take a boat from Changi ferry terminal, and it will take about 10 minutes to Ubin town.

You would need about 10 - 15 minutes by cycling / 5 minutes by taxi / 30 minutes by walk to reach Living fisher village. Turn into #286 at Jalan Endut Senin


Part of the Funds will also be contributed to the residents of Ubin.
